Purpose of Processing Personal Data (purpose of use of the registers)
The personal data stored in the registers are used for matters related to the organization of the church events. The information is used to communicate about our activities. With the information, we share information of the events, such as services, prayers and other meetings. The personal data included in the register are kept confidential, and the information is shared among the organizers of the church events only to the extent necessary.
Content of the Register
The register collects basic information about those who have registered, such as: name, email address, phone number and used languages. The form may also provide an opportunity to provide additional information if needed.

The registrar registers the information about the user of the online form that the user provides while using the website. Data provided by users of the website during browsing.

Your personal data is processed by the staff organizing the church events.
Principles of Register Protection
The data of the register is stored in the registrar’s Google Forms system, which is secured. Access to the system requires entering a username and password. Only certain pre-defined personnel of the registrar are authorized to access and use the data contained in the register stored in the system.
Correction of Information
The registrar corrects, deletes, or completes the personal data in the register that is incorrect, unnecessary, incomplete, or outdated for the purpose of processing on their own initiative or at the request of the data subject. The data subject should contact the registrar via email at samuel@imagery.fi.
Risks
Risks related to personal data include, among others, data breaches. The personal data stored in the register is protected against unauthorized access to the information and accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, disclosure, transfer, or other unlawful processing.
